Kathy's Sandwich House

I’m giving 4 stars only because I know a lower rating would affect their overall score. The staff are nice, but I was disappointed. My wrap was still cold after asking to have it warmed, and the onions were raw instead of fried(fried after I mentioned ) They mean well, but you have to be very specific and remind them to follow the recipe and your requests. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Sandwiches, paninis and wraps! Simple menu made with wholesome and fresh ingredients. Customize your own sandwich here! Add avocado to anything it’s delicious. Delightful people run this sandwich shop. They know all their regulars by name and have such friendly attitudes! Mom and pop shop feel. Most people get their sandwiches to go, but there are a couple seats facing the window if you want to chill and people watch while eating. Add a soup or a salad to any panini for a combo price. Their coffee is really good. I was surprised. Got the tuna salad panini that came with cheddar, spinach and tomatoes. And 2 coffees for $12.25 - great price. Metered street parking out front that goes for $1 and hour.

The best sandwiches in town! Kathy makes all her sandwiches with love. I ordered three platters of sandwiches for a party, and she provided a variety of sandwiches and they were all delicious! She is a one woman show and I love supporting small businesses like Kathys sandwiches! She really puts in a lot of effort, in all that she does her sandwiches are soul food!

Got a chicken caesar wrap, was very fresh and had lots of croutons which i like. good for a grab and go lunch. Ladies were nice.

First time here and the sandwiches did not disappoint. I got a turkey club with a tomato soup and it was delicious.

Came in the morning time. The lady working, who I assume is Kathy, immediately got up and made me my order. The ingredients are great and the prices are great too. Sandwich tasted perfect. Not a single thing you could even remotely complain about! 10/10 would recommend

Upon entering the shop I am always greeted by Kathy with a warm smile! With a solid selection of healthy food and ingredients, Kathy and I would talk about our day and family while she prepped the food! The pricing is good for the portions received as I never feel hungry afterward. Come for the food and stay for the talks!
